BOS Brown-out status.
This bit indicates the VDD voltage level comparing with VBOD while Brown-out cir-
cuit is enabled. It is helpful to tell a Brown-out event or power resuming event oc-
currence. This bit is read-only and keeps 0 if Brown-out detection is not enabled.
0 = VDD voltage level is higher than VBOD.
1 = VDD voltage level is lower than VBOD.
[1] BODEN and BORST will be directly loaded from CONFIG2 bit 7 and bit 4 after all resets.
