Note: T_pr = 292* 4 * T_clk, T_clk is internal pixel period. For default 17.73 MHz, T_clk=112 us. If CLK[5:0] set to divided number, T_clk will
increase accordingly.
T_ex is array exposure time which is decided by external master device.
T_in is uncertain time due to using HSYNC rising edge synchronize FREX, T_in < T_hs
After FREX=0, there are 8 line data output before valid data output. T_hd = 4 * T_hs. Valid data is output when HRE
T_set = T_in + T_pr + T_ex. T_set > T_pr + T_in. Because T_in is uncertain, so exposure time setting resolution is T_hs (one line).
