(5) Frequency / Duty cycle / VAHz measurement: Every conversion takes 1.05 second.
(6) Temperature measurement: Every conversion takes 1.25 second.
Note:
1. In the frequency measurement with auto mode, if the range is changed, the internal clock rate will increase ten times
and the new measurement cycle becomes 1/10 times of the original cycle until the range is stable.
