The flow chart shows the decoder, fast detect/fast predictive and transmitter enabled with the following
example.
1. Tx tone generator = 100Hz
2. Decoder programmed with 100Hz in address 3
3. Bandwidth setting = ±2.7%
4. Interrupt enabled
Note: $8X is the Hex address/command.
