Description
Avago’s 2.5 Amp Gate Drive Optocoupler with Integrated
Desaturation (V_CE) Detection and Fault Status Feedback
makes IGBT V_CE fault protection compact, affordable, and
easy-to-implement while satisfying worldwide safety and
regulatory requirements.

• Drive IGBTs up to I_C = 150 A, V_CE = 1200 V
• Optically isolated, FAULT status feedback
• SO-16 package
• CMOS/TTL compatible
• 500 ns max. switching speeds
