Chip Select 1 Device Delay for First Access
This bit field is used to configure the number of wait states for the first access to the ROM, and
for subsequent accesses if the MODE bit is 0.
000 = 0 wait states
001 = 1 wait state
010 = 2 wait states
011 = 3 wait states
100 = 4 wait states
101 = 5 wait states
110 = 6 wait states
111 = 7 wait states
