A 21-bit value specifies the USB Isochronous Transfer Size in WORD for the original video
transfer or the still image transfer. It is not used for the JPEG compression video transfer
mode (CR39_1 = 1). This register contains the 16 lower-order bits of the value. Bits 20-16
are located at CR3E_4-0.
