2.2 Montage eines MiniSKiiP Moduls
x Das MiniSKiiP Modul muss auf die richtige
Stelle des Kühlkörpers platziert und dann die
Befestigungsschraube
mit
einem
Anzugsdrehmoment von min. 2.0 Nm, und
max. 2.5 Nm angezogen werden.
x Bei Modulen mit zwei Schrauben (z.B.
MiniSKiiP 3) sollten beide Schrauben zuerst
mit max. 1Nm Drehmoment, dann beide mit
nominalem Drehmoment angezogen werden.
(min. 2.0 Nm, max. 2.5 Nm).
x Infolge der Entspannung des Gehäuses und
aufgrund des Setzens der Wärmeleitpaste
kann sich das Losdrehmoment auf 1 Nm
reduzieren. Dennoch sichert die Konstruktion
des Gehäuses, der Federring und die
Adhäsion der Wärmeleitpaste einen guten
elektrischen Kontakt und ausreichende
thermische Kopplung des Moduls zum
Kühlkörper.
x Ziehen Sie bitte die Schrauben mit dem
nominalen Drehmoment nicht nochmals
nach.
x MiniSKiiP Module können maximal dreimal
montiert und demontiert werden. Nach drei
Montagen gibt das Gehäuse zu stark nach.
Bei der Demontage sollte sehr vorsichtig
vorgegangen werden, da die Wärmeleitpaste
während dem Entfernen eines Moduls vom
Kühlkörper eine große Adhäsion aufweist.
Bei jeder Demontage ist die Paste sowohl
von der Unterseite des Moduls, als auch vom
Kühlkörper komplett und sehr vorsichtig zu
entfernen. Bevor ein Modul wieder montiert
wird, ist Wärmeleitpaste wie oben
beschrieben aufzutragen.
2.3 Montage material:
Als Schraube empfehlen wir:
x M4 gemäß DIN / ISO 7991 – 8.8, oder
ähnliche Schraube mit TORX-Kopf.
x Festigkeit der Schraube: “8.8”
= Zugfestigkeit - Rm = 800 N / mm²
= Fließgrenze - Re = 640 N / mm²
x Minimale Tiefe der Schraube im Kühlkörper
ist 6.0 mm.
2.2 Mounting the MiniSKiiP
x Place the MiniSKiiP on the appropriate heat
sink area and tighten the screw with the
nominal torque: min. 2.0 Nm to max. 2.5 Nm
x In case of a MiniSKiiP Type with two screws
(MiniSKiiP 3), first tighten both screws with
max. 1 Nm and then continue with nominal
torque (min. 2.0 Nm to max. 2.5 Nm).
x Due to relaxation of the housing and flow of
thermal paste, the loosening torque can be
reduced to 1 Nm. However the construction
of the housing, the guarding spring washer
and the adhesion of the thermal paste still
ensure electrical contact and sufficient
thermal coupling of the module to the heat
sink.
x Do not re-tighten the screw to nominal
mounting torque value again.
x A MiniSKiiP can be disassembled and
remounted for maximum three times. After
three assemblies the housing is too much
relaxed. The disassembly must be done very
carefully, as the thermal paste causes high
adhesion when removing the MiniSKiiP from
the heat sink. After every disassembly all
thermal paste has to be removed carefully
from module and heat sink. Before
remounting the module, thermal paste has to
be applied as described above.
2.3 Mounting material:
It is recommended as screw:
x M4 according to DIN / ISO 7991 – 8.8, or
similar screw with TORX-head.
x Strength of screw: “8.8”
= Tensile strength - Rm = 800 N / mm²
= Yield point
- Re = 640 N / mm²
x Minimum depth of screw in heat sink is 6.0
mm.
