2.1 Auftragen der Wärmeleitpaste
2.1 Application of thermal paste
x Die Montagefläche des Leistungsmoduls ist
homogen,
möglichst
dünn
mit
Wärmeleitpaste zu bestreichen. Empfohlene
Dicke der Paste ist 50 µm. Für „Silicone
Paste P12“ von Wacker Chemie sind
folgende Werte empfohlen:
i MiniSKiiP 1:
20 µm – 50 µm
i MiniSKiiP 2:
30 µm – 50 µm
i MiniSKiiP 3:
40 µm – 50 µm
x Wir empfehlen die Wärmeleitpaste mit
Siebdruck aufzubringen. Das Auftragen mit
einer Hartgummiwalze ist auch möglich.
x At the bottom surface of the module a
homogenous thin layer of thermal conducting
paste with a recommended thickness of 0.05
mm has to be applied. For “Silicone Paste
P12” from Wacker Chemie are following
values recommended:
i MiniSKiiP 1:
20 µm – 50 µm
i MiniSKiiP 2:
30 µm – 50 µm
i MiniSKiiP 3:
40 µm – 50 µm
x It is recommended to apply the paste by a
screen printer. To use a hard rubber roller
may be usable as well.
