To improve the driving ability, it

added, the output DC voltage
is down.
13 VD3-IN
Input vertical sync signal.
It accepts input of both positive
and negative polarity.
14 HD3-IN
Input horizontal sync signal.
It accepts input of both positive
and negative polarity.
