Test Conditions
1) Repeat steps 1) to 3) of V₁₅, then observe pin 5.
2) Input a pulse like that shown below to pin 27 and measure the response time T_VML1 (2) at that input.
3) Similarly, input the pulse to pin 21 and measure the response time T_VML3 (4) at that input.
4) Input the sine wave of frequency F_VH to TP78, set the aperture compensator peak frequency to 7.7M (111), and
measure the response time T_VMH1 (2) as in 2) above.
5) Similarly, input the pulse to pin 21 and measure the response time T_VMH3 (4) at the input.
