Description
Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.

0 C-VLAN type (0x8100) is inserted or replaced in the transmitted
frames.
1 S-VLAN type (0x88A8) is inserted or replaced in the 13th and
14th bytes of transmitted frames.

0 The control input from the transmit descriptor is used, and the
VLC bit field (bits [17:16]) is ignored.
1 The VLC bit field is used for VLAN deletion, insertion, or
replacement.
