TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS
At –40°C to 85°C, VREF (REF+ – REF–) = 4.096 V when +VA = +VBD = 5 V or VREF (REF+ – REF–) = 2.5 V
when +VA = +VBD = 2.7 V, fSCLK = 21 MHz, fI = DC for DC curves, and fI = 100 kHz for AC curves, unless
otherwise noted.
