compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.

1 RESET signaling has been detected on the bus.

Value Description
0 No interrupt.
1 RESUME signaling has been detected on the bus while the
USB controller is in SUSPEND mode.
This interrupt can only be used if the USB controller's system clock is
enabled. If the user disables the clock programming, the USBDRRIS,
USBDRIM, and USBDRISC registers should be used.
