The regulator is started from the strobe input, same as charge pump. There is no
10-ms waiting period, because VCP pin already reached V_M – 0.7 V.

A. After VM power up, DC-DC starts at the setup register strobe.
B. For the DRV8809, delay is 1.6 ms for both DC_MODE high and low. For the DRV8810, delay is 20 ms to 40 ms for
DC_MODE high and 1.6 ms for DC_MODE low.
