 0: charger input voltage is above UVLO

ASD: automatic shutdown condition
 0: charger input voltage above the automatic shutdown threshold
 1: charger input voltage below the automatic shutdown threshold
Pre_TMR: pre-charge timer expiration (has to be cleared by the host)
