 0: disabled
 1: enabled (default)
GG_RUN: fuel gauge operative mode
 0: standby (default). Registers are frozen, fuel gauge in standby
 1: running
LPM_dis: low power mode disable (set this bit to program battery charger/OTG
configuration registers and enable OTG function when USB input is not plugged and
GG_RUN = 0)
 0: low power mode enabled (default)
 1: low power mode disabled
OTG_en: OTG boost enable bit
 0: disabled (default)
 1: enabled
