Note:
Identification registers
The ST10F271Z1 has four Identification registers, mapped in ESFR space. These registers
contain:
● A manufacturer identifier
● A chip identifier with its revision
● A internal Flash and size identifier
● Programming voltage description
As the ST10F271Z1 device is supported with the silicon of the ST10F272 (commercial
version of the same product), the identification registers provide the values corresponding to
the ST10F272 device.
