SMI Register Format
The mode key is as follows:
 RW = read/write,
 SC = self clearing,
 WO = write only,
 RO = read only,
 LH = latch high, clear on read of register,
 LL = latch low, clear on read of register,
 NASR = Not Affected by Software Reset
