voltage is 3.5 V or more, V_REF (pin 30) is
output. When the V_CC voltage is 1.2 V or
less, voltage of approximately (2/5) × V_SP is
output.
Power supply
ON
c Speech network system internal power
supply. When the V_CC (pin 31) voltage is
3.5 V or more, (V_CC applied voltage or
thereabout − 0.3 V) is output. When the V_CC
voltage is 1.2 V or less, (S. V_CC (pin 63) or
thereabout − 0.3 V) is output.
c Speech network system power supply. When
the V_CC (pin 31) voltage is 1.2 V or less,
voltage is supplied to V_SP (pin 62) from the
line voltage.
