2. This parameter applies only to the internal oscillation operation using an oscillation
resistor Rf. Please refer to the diagram below.
When VDD=5V, Rf= 91 kΩ + 2%
The values of the Oscillation Frequency depend on the
capacitance of the pins -- OSC1 and OSC2 -therefore, the
wiring length of these puns must be minimized.
