8. Programmable Features
Performance parameters of ZY7010L POL
converters can be programmed via the industry
standard I2C communication bus without replacing
any components or rewiring PCB traces. Each
parameter has a default value stored in the volatile
memory registers detailed in Table 1. The setup
registers 00h through 14h are programmed at the
system power-up. When the user programs new
performance parameters, the values in the registers
are overwritten. Upon removal of the input voltage,
the default values are restored.

ZY7010L converters can be programmed using the
Graphical User Interface or directly via the I2C bus by
using high and low level commands as described in
the ‘”DPM Programming Manual”.
ZY7010L parameters can be reprogrammed at any
time during the system operation and service except
for the digital filter coefficients, the switching
frequency and the duty cycle limit, that can only be
changed when the POL is turned off.
8.1 Output Voltage
The output voltage can be programmed in the GUI
Output Configuration window shown in the Figure 27
or directly via the I2C bus by writing into the VOS
register shown in Figure 28.
