1.1 General description

Passivated high commutation triacs in a SOT186A âfull packâ plastic package. These triacs

balance the requirements of commutation performance and gate sensitivity. The

âsensitiveâ gate E series and âlogic levelâ D series are intended for interfacing with

low-power drivers, including microcontrollers.
