DCA Pointers DCP1 and DCP2
These 14–bit registers plus some bits in DDR1[5:0]/DDR2[5:0] give a 20–bit DCA pointer that points
to the first long–word of the DCA.
The DCA can thus be located anywhere in the DRAM and the DCA pointer is always long–word
aligned.
