Memory Configuration and Block Diagram
Each page of memory can be individually programmed; bits are programmed from 1 to
0. The device is sector or bulk-erasable, but not page-erasable; bits are erased from 0 to
1. The memory is configured as follows:
• 524,288 bytes (8 bits each)
• 8 sectors (512Kb, 65KB each)
• 2048 pages (256 bytes each)
