Using the U2040 X-Series with the BenchVue Software
Keysight BenchVue software for the PC accelerates testing by providing intuitive,
multiple instrument measurement visibility and data capture with no programming
necessary. You can derive answers faster than ever by easily viewing, capturing and
exporting measurement data and screen shots.
All models of the U2040 X-Series are supported by BenchVue 2.6 and above. BenchVue
is provided on the Keysight Instrument Control DVD. Alternately, users can always down-
load the latest version of the software cost free at www.keysight.com/find/BenchVue.
Upgrading to the paid BenchVue Power Meter Pro version (BV0007A) provides
unrestricted data logging.
