LOS/ST:0 = LOS-ST pin is ST (goes high with signal detect); 1 = LOS-ST pin is high with LOS
SCB:0=latched fault; 1=safety circuit bypass mode
TxPOL and RxPOL:0 = default polarity; 1 = inverted polarity
