Table 3, CMX838 Registers and Valid C-BUS Script Commands
3.2.6.3 Pause Type Commands
Pauses are supported to allow the installed CMX838 to ‘dwell’ in a configured state for an extended period.
For example, the CMX838 may be configured to emit an audio tone and script pause commands may be used
to determine the length of the tone before it is turned off.
One pause command is of a fixed duration. The other has a maximum duration but is terminated when the
CMX838 asserts its hardware interrupt.
Script
Description
NOTE
command
T
Pause for the specified number of 10uS ‘ticks’ written in decimal The maximum valid
form e.g. an argument value of 6500 yields a pause duration of
argument value is 6500.
65mS.
I
Pause for the specified number of 10uS ‘ticks’ in decimal form but The maximum valid
terminate the pause immediately upon receiving a CMX838
argument value is 6500.
interrupt.
Table 4, Pause Type Commands
NOTES:
1. Argument must be in decimal form without any preceding characters such as “0d”.
2. The “I” script command is the letter “i”, not the letter “L”.
