For single-ended input connections.
When connecting to the used input with AC-coupling, the unused input should be
AC-coupled through 50Ω to the supply voltage of the TIA;
When connecting to the used input with DC-coupling, the unused input should
be DC-coupled through 50Ω to a voltage equal to the common mode level of the
used input.
