FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Manual-mode input, internal pull-high
Manual-mode input , internal pull-high
Clock frequency select LSB (please see section 1.2.2 for setup)
TEST=0 for 6-function mode, TEST=1 for 4-function mode
