Bit 7: IRQ sharing control bit.
= 0 No IRQ sharing.
= 1 IRQ sharing.
Bit 0: SCPSNT_POL (Smart Card PreSeNT POLarity). SCPSNT polarity bit.
= 0 SCPSNT is active high.
= 1 SCPSNT is active low.
