Under the mask ROM version, C₅ and C₆ can be skipped.
5. Sure chip operation properly, please bond all V_DDP, V_DD, V_DDA, V_SSA, V_SSP and V_SS; and connect V_SSP pad to V_SS from
external PCB circuit. V_SSA and VDDA are for W536090T/120T only.
