PIN DESCRIPTIONS
Positive Supply Voltage.
Description
Ground. Both C1 and B2 need to be connected to GND.
The device is enabled for EN = High, and in shutdown mode for EN = LOW. EN should be
<2.5V when I_EN is LOW. For EN >2.5V, I_EN increases slightly while the device is still
functional. Absolute maximum rating for EN = 3.6V.
RF input signal to the detector, internally terminated with 50 Ω.
Ground referenced detector output voltage.
