8.3.4 Fault Reporting (NFAULT)
NFAULT is driven low if either a current fault condition is detected, die temperature has exceeded T_(WRN) or
supply has dropped below the UVLO threshold. NFAULT returns to high-impedance as soon as all three fault
conditions clear.
