At –40°C to +85°C, VREF [(REF+) – (REF–)] = 5V when +VA = +VBD = 5V or VREF [(REF+) – (REF–)] = 2.5V when +VA =
+VBD = 3V, fSCLK = 42MHz, or VREF = 2.5 when +VA = +VBD = 2.7V, fSCLK = 37.8MHz, and fi = dc for dc curves, fi = 100kHz
