APPLICATION NOTE
ZVS Full Bridge: The equa-
tions represented for the for-
ward topology apply equally
well for one conversion cycle
of the full bridge topology,
including the transformer turns
ratio. Since the resonant ca-
pacitors located at each switch
are “in-circuit” at all times,
the values should be adjusted
accordingly. As with the half
bridge converter, the resonant
capacitors’ voltage will exceed
the bulk rails, and clamping via
the FET body diodes or exter-
nal diodes to the rails is com-
mon [13].
