6. TRX Code (3 = TXRX | 2= RX | 1 = TX)
7. Band (1 = Sub-GHz | 2 = 2.4 GHz | 3 = Dual-band)
8. Flash (G = 256K | F = 128K | E = 64K | D = 32K)
9. Temperature Grade (G = -40 to 85 | I = -40 to 125)
• YY – The last 2 digits of the assembly year.
• WW – The 2-digit workweek when the device was assembled.
• TTTTTT – A trace or manufacturing code. The first letter is the device revision.
