To get lower power dissipation the value of resistor R7 should also be as high as
possibile. For this reason we use R7max. If in the calculation above R7min is higher than
R7max, then the input voltage range is not correct; VINmax-VINmin is too large.
Note: If VINmin = 6V and VINmax = 9V then the resistor R7 is not necessary. The input
voltage VIN can directly be connected to VEXT.
