0 = Minimum oscillation level
3 = Maximum oscillation level
* A possible level adjustment and "2" are assumed to be a recommended value at each interval of 3dB.

DEEN : De-emphasis time constant switch
0 = 50μs : Japan, South Korea, China, and Europe
1 = 75μs : The United States

0 = Minimum (VOL0)
