I Apply 3.0 to 5.5 V to the VCC pin and 0 V to the VSS pin.

respectively.

I Driving this pin low resets the MCU.

Input/output for the main clock oscillator. Connect a ceramic

resonator or crystal oscillator between XIN and XOUT. (1)

XOUT open.
