*1. Clock pulse of 32.768kHz or 32.000kHz is
output from the /INTB output pin on powering on
(XSTP is set to 1).
*2. Use a frequency counter having at least 6 digits
(7 digits or more recommended).
*3. Pull-up the /INTB output pin to Vcc for the
4372A.
*4. /INTB applies to the 4372A
