An IEEE1588 system can manufacture a 10MHz clock from 8ns pulses, but this creates extreme period jitter of about
24ns peak-to-peak in this case. The JitterBlocker cleans that up to 100ps peak-to-peak, allowing the clock to be used in
more jitter-sensitive applications.
