Positive Reference Input/Output. Conversion range is ± (VREFP - VREFN). Bypass to GND with a
> 0.1µF capacitor.
Negative Reference Input/Output. Conversion range is ± (VREFP - VREFN). Bypass to GND with
a > 0.1µF capacitor.
