Description
The Intersil HCTS147MS is a Radiation Hardened 10-to-4
line Priority Encoder, pin compatible with low power Schottky
TTL(LSTTL).
The HCTS147MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology
to achieve high-speed operation. This device is a member of
radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family
with TTL input compatibility.
