3.3 V Low Drop Voltage Regulator
The TLE7184F-3V incorporates a 3.3V LDO for µC supply. The voltage regulator is protected against Over
Temperature by the central temperature sensor (see Chapter 9.2.1 and Chapter 9.2.2). It has an integrated
current limitation and Under Voltage detection.
