iC-PMX can save the period information in a standard
SPI NVRAM or in a data processing FRAM. The pins
C0, C1, C2 and C3 are used to choose between the
FRAM interfaces and the operating modes of iC-PMX.
The pins must be tied to VRAM or GND.
