Specification assumptions
The specifications in this data sheet describe the instrument’s warranted
performance. Non-warranted values are stated as typical (typ.).
All specifications are valid from 10 °C to 40 °C ambient temperature after a
30 minute warm-up phase, with outputs and inputs terminated with 50 Ω to
ground at ECL levels if not specified otherwise.
