DC blocking capacitor is required.

This pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms.

RES
This pin is used to set the DC current of the amplifier by
selection of external bias resistor. See application circuit.

Power supply voltage. Bypass capacitors are required.

GND
Ground paddle must be connected to RF/DC ground.
