Notes on ROM Out
Please pay attention to the following items regarding ROM out.
On ROM out, fill the ROM area indicated below with 1s to create the same data size for the HD404364,
HD40A4364, HD404368, HD40A4368, HD4043612 and HD40A43612 as a 16-kword version
(HD404369, HD40A4369). The 16-kword data sizes are required to change ROM data to mask
manufacturing data since the program used is for a 16-kword version.
This limitation applies when using an EPROM or a data base.
