This phenomenon is reversible. Higher starting voltage of CFL and higher
LCD driving voltage are needed while operating at 0â. The life time of CFL
will be reduced while operating at 0â need to make sure of value of IL and
characteristics of inverter. Also the response time at 0â will be slower.
